I was mostly just clicking around at first, trying to see where everything was and whether I’d end up having to figure out a bunch of menus. The pages loaded fine, the buttons were where I expected them to be, and there wasn’t a ton of clutter all over the screen, which is always a plus. After using SwiftSole for a bit, I realized I hadn’t really gotten stuck or confused at any point. It’s just a clean, straightforward app that makes it easy to find what you need without making a big deal out of it...

The app works sometimes, but when it doesn’t, the error messages are basically useless. I had to guess what went wrong and keep trying over and over, which got frustrating. this feels like a preventable issue if the app just explained the problem more clearly.

Checkout was surprisingly fast for me, which was nice because apparently that’s not always a thing with other sites. I already had my size picked, and SwiftSole got me through payment without any lag, random reloads, or the usual little checkout drama. I normally manage to mess something up at that point, but this was simple enough that even I couldn’t ruin it. Got the confirmation right away too, so yeah, happy with it.

I didn’t run into any problems with the captcha. Just going by my gut, it felt straightforward and worked the way it was supposed to

The annoying part is that it crashes sometimes, especially when I’m moving between pages quickly. I don’t have a ton of patience for apps randomly closing on me, so that gets frustrating fast. It’s not happening constantly, but it’s enough that I can’t give it 5 stars

The app is decent overall, but the push notifications keep showing up too late for me. By the time I open them, the drop is already sold out or my size is gone, which is frustrating because I hate feeling like I missed my chance just because the alert lagged. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of having notifications on. Really hope they fix the timing soon

It saved my cards and billing profiles without much hassle, and updating them is sorta quick too. Overall, it’s been simple to use.

The app itself works well overall, and I didn’t run into any major issues actually using it, but I do feel like the documentation could be a lot clearer in a few places. Some sections felt a little too brief, almost like they assumed I already knew what the next step was supposed to be. It’s not bad documentation by any means, and I was able to figure things out eventually, but adding more step-by-step guidance and a few clearer examples would make the whole experience much smoother...

I’ve been using swiftsole to handle some of the boring tasks I don’t really want to deal with myself. It took me a little while to get everything set up the way I wanted, and I do have to retry things sometimes, which is a bit annoying. But overall, it saves me time and lets me focus on other stuff I actually care about, so I’m happy with it.

I used swiftsole.app for a drop the queue worked better than I expected. It didn’t freeze, boot me out, or do anything weird like I’ve had happen on other sites, and the wait felt reasonable for the amount of people probably trying to get in.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the position updates were a little slow at times, so I wasn’t always sure if I was actually moving forward. But to be fair, I did get through in the end, so I can’t complain too much...

I ran into a problem while setting it up and ended up posting in the community because I was stuck. Someone replied fairly quickly, and another user walked me through the fix, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to see people there actually helping each other. That said, the setup issue was frustrating enough that I feel like the company should at least acknowledge it and apologize.

I bought my license and was expecting at least a small hiccup, but it activated really quickly after I entered the key. Everything just worked right away, which was such a nice surprise. Super simple process and I’m happy with how smooth it was.
